Terms and Conditions

1. The service

We build and host a website for your shop: a product catalogue with availability, contact buttons, and an admin area for you to update it. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by staff you add.

3. Your content

You own the content you add (names, photos, prices, descriptions). You give us permission to store it and show it on your shop website so the service can work.

You confirm you have the right to use that content and that it does not break the law or anyone else's rights. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• list illegal or prohibited goods or services
• mislead customers about products, prices or availability
• harass others or send unlawful content
• try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service
• collect other shops' data without permission

5. Fees and payment

Any fees are agreed with you in writing (a quote, invoice or agreement) before work starts. Applicable taxes are added as required by law. If payment is overdue we may suspend the service after giving you notice.

6. Your customers

Sales between you and your customers are between you and them. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we do not take payments from your customers or handle your orders.

7. Availability and backups

We work to keep the service running and take reasonable steps to back up data, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. Keep your own copy of your photos and price lists.

8. Our property

The software, design and Archaditya name belong to us. While your agreement is active you may use the service for your shop. Nothing here transfers our intellectual property to you.

9. Ending the service

You can stop at any time by telling us in writing. We may suspend or end the service if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

After the service ends your shop website may be taken offline. On request we will give you a copy of your content for a reasonable period (we aim for 30 days).

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or lost profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with the date, and tell you by email or on the website if the change is significant.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at India have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
