Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy covers fees paid to Archaditya for the Archaditya service. If your written quote or agreement says something different, the quote or agreement applies.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, unless your agreement says otherwise.

2. Refunds

Refunds work like this:

Before we start work: a full refund of any advance you paid.
After work has started: a refund of any prepaid hosting or subscription period you have not used, calculated pro rata. Setup work that has already been delivered is not refundable.
Duplicate or failed payments: refunded in full.

3. How long refunds take

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
