1. What we collect

From shop owners and staff:

• name, phone number and email address
• shop details (name, address, opening hours, contact numbers)
• photos, item names, prices and descriptions you add
• login and usage information needed to secure your account

2. Visitors to shop websites

We do not ask visitors to create accounts. Our servers record basic technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and the pages viewed. We may count aggregate page views and clicks on a shop's WhatsApp or call buttons so the shop can see interest in its items.

When a visitor chooses to message a shop on WhatsApp or call it, that conversation happens outside our website and is covered by the policy of that service.

3. Why we use it

To provide and run your shop website, give support, keep the service secure, prevent abuse, improve the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

4. Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your language choice (NEXT_LOCALE, up to one year) and, for shop owners, a session cookie while logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.

5. Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the service, and only as needed:

• infrastructure and security providers, including Cloudflare for delivery, protection and file storage
• email providers we use to send and receive messages (for example Zoho Mail and Brevo)
• payment processors, if and when we use them
• authorities, where the law requires it

6. Where data is processed

Some providers process data outside India. We choose providers that protect data with appropriate safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

We keep information while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal and accounting duties. If you ask us to delete your information we will do so within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.

8. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls and backups to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong login and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for a purpose you did not agree to. Write to us using the contact details below. This applies as permitted under Indian data protection law.

10. Children

Our service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.
